It's deliberately simple, works offline, and doesn't require accounts or cloud sync.

Your data stays on this device unless you export it. If you switch browsers, devices, or clear site data, your entries won't appear. Use Export/Import to back up or move your data.

  • Add your exercises with reps and sets, and whether they're one side or both.
  • Log the exercises as you complete them.
  • Build up a simple record over time.

That's it. Similar to a paper log, but easier to keep in one place.
